“Nick Arris was the best and most knowledgeable and honest tech I’ve had in the years of buying and servicing my Carrier unit.
Called you guys last week and Lori who is a great customer service rep booked appointments for me today because of a 178 code that last year I called and whenever your service reps would come out for maintenance I would mention this issue. Not one could figure it out! Long story short Nick started to find burnt up wires that whoever took off the zip ties from the wires were just hanging over the gas igniter compartment.
Very sloppy work and very dangerous! Thanks to Nick he was able to troubleshoot these issues.
Nick was a gentleman from the get go and those are employees that should be recognized and taken are of.
