“Gabriel Villareal is the best! He came a couple weeks ago and did a very thorough annual service on our air conditioning system. In the process, he noticed that the HVAC blower wheel was completely coated in sticky construction dust, which impeded the flow of air and affected the balance of the wheel. So he provided an estimate to clean the blower wheel and, assuming the evaporator coil was equally dirty, an estimate to clean the evaporator coil. We accepted both estimates and asked that Gabriel do the work. When Gabriel came today, he did an amazing job cleaning the blower wheel and — get this! — he determined that the evaporator coil did NOT need cleaning, which saved us a lot of money. Gabriel's diligence, his attention to detail and his honesty are tremendous attributes. Those qualities and Gabriel's outstanding job performance reflect favorably on Impact Heating and Cooling.
