“Impact service technician(Tyler) was persistent and work very diligently on the issue and solved the probable of having a broken Damper for our home using two Zones.
Tyler is very courteous, professional and the best part to me, willing to take the time to explain what he thought was the issue and answering all of my questions, which I know can be tiring, since I asked a lot of them.
In the end, the problem was fixed and all the mess was cleaned up!
The one thing I want to highlight – I called three other competitors to try and solve this Damper issue with 1 saying it was working correctly and the other two never returning or calling.
So, kudos to Impact and again to Tyler!
