“Tyler came to my home to do the necessary report for a rebate on my recently installed (by Impact) air-conditioning system, which was completed expertly. But just as important to me was his ability to deal with my question about the apparent inability of the fan in the system to run when the air-conditioning wasn't. He was able to determine that it could run, but did so very quietly when not running with the air-conditioning. I am now much more comfortable and cool.
